Convocation 2025 Registration

We are pleased to announce that Greenfield Retreat Center will be hosting Convocation 2025 at the Laurel Ridge Community College, Middletown Campus, 173 Skirmisher Lane, Middletown, VA 22645. (Map Link)  You may attend all or part of the week. Please see the schedule below and then scroll past the schedule to fill out the online reservation form.

Our program at the community college will present most but not all of the available Convocation events. Please note that you must register separately for Convocation on the SRF website if you plan to watch livestreamed Convocation events in your home or on your mobile device, or view the online events at a later time.

    As noted on the schedule a meal will be provided each day and there will also be an assorted selection of beverages and pre-packaged snacks available. The meal will include a main entrée that will be vegan and gluten-free. The suggested donation for a lunch is $10. Please check off below which days you plan to attend (to help us plan seating) and also check off whether you plan to have lunch. Please note that meal reservations must be received by Friday June 13. We will not be able to take reservations for meals after that date. You may continue to register for the retreat up to and including the start of the program.

    This Convocation program at Laurel Ridge Community College is being offered for free. If there are some who would like to donate to defray the cost of the venue that will be gratefully accepted.

    The suggested meal donation is $10 per meal. Your donation may be given in either cash or personal check anytime throughout Convocation week by leaving it in the donation boxes that are available.

    Housing

    Housing is not provided and is not available at the college. Women may stay on the grounds at Greenfield (please indicate in the box below if you would like more information about this option.) Men and couples will need to set up their own lodging.
