Please note that the 3-hour meditation service that would normally be scheduled this Tuesday, August 4, has been cancelled due to Convocation week. Our next Inspirational and Prayer service will be Thursday, August 13, beginning at 7:30 pm. The chapel opens at 7:15.
Greenfield Retreat will host a week-long Convocation program on the Greenfield grounds from August 3 - August 8. In addition to live-streamed and pre-recorded events from the Convocation in Los Angeles, there will also be meditations led by the Greenfield nuns. Registration is required, and you may attend all or parts of the week’s program. To register and see the schedule, visit our website, srfgreenfield.org and click the Convocation tab. On August 23, our Sunday services will be followed by a fellowship gathering which will begin immediately after the service. Light refreshments will be served, and everyone is invited to attend. If you would like to contribute a dish to the menu, please visit the sign-up sheet on the free literature table in the foyer. A volunteer will be available if you have any questions.
We will be offering a one-day silent retreat for women on Saturday, September 5. Lunch will be provided. Pre-registration is required and you can register through August 29 on the Greenfield web site; click on the Retreats menu at the top of the page, and then click One Day Retreats to fill out and submit the online reservation form. A downloadable retreat schedule is also available on this page. The suggested cost for the retreat is $50.
